Rahul Gandhi's road to leadership

Rahul Gandhi Leader

Rahul Gandhi is an Indian politician who has served as a leader in different parties. Born in June 1970, Rahul currently enjoys a good rank in politics and is the vice president of the Indian National Congress. He is also a member of the National Students Union of India and the Indian Youth Congress.

Rahul is taking a hard challenge getting to the masses. This is quite evident in the campaigns he is busy carrying out. For instance in his campaign he reached out to the youth by promising them jobs. He would do so by creating conditions that would result in creating employment openings. He has acknowledged the fact that many youths go as far as the Middle East to look for jobs and it would help if they get jobs in their own state. He mentioned that his party, the United Democratic
Front, will take up long and short term measures to make sure that the state is in constant development.

The youngster Rahul Gandhi focuses on state development by planning on doing a partnership with United Progress Alliance Government. On the other hand he highlighted the UPA government achievements which include their focus on economic growth and an inclusive type of government through different programmers for the poor. He insists that growth and progress are mutually related and none can do without the other.

It is quite evident that the plans put forth by Rahul Gandhi have attracted the youth minds and given them hope. This is due to his plan to fully involve the youth in national development by creating job opportunities for them and using them as the backbone to the national economy. Mr. Gandhi visited the Sarvoday Inter College Maidan at Dilra to have an interactive session with the people there. Of much importance to note was the population of the minority and the youths which was dominating the crowd.

Gandhi has had his campaigns even among the Muslims by visiting Nawagbganj, a Muslim dominated region. The roads in this town were jammed by heavy traffic during his travel which shows his popularity in the region. In Beheri before his arrival, people were anxiously waiting for him and he was applauded on his arrival. The minority also have high hopes after having a look at the report made by Sachchar committee. It proved that the leaders in the committee were very considerate of the minority giving Gandhi a good rapport among the minority. Maisar Johan who came from Richcha to Nawabganj village to see Gandhi acknowledged the kind of support Gandhi was getting and how the Muslim community was looking up to him in hope of good leadership.

All in all, it proves the leadership quality in him and makes him stand out as a true leader.
